We offer Flat $2.99 shipping on your entire order!

GreenNBrown.com ships to addresses within contiguous United States. While we are keen to delight you with our Flat Shipping service, here are some points to note:

• Weekend delivery cannot be requested. We use a variety of carriers to deliver orders, and some do not deliver on weekends.

• Cancelling items after 12 hours of ordering may attract a small fee - this is to cover the handling fee for initiating the packaging and shipping process.

• We reserve the right to change or discontinue Flat Shipping at any time.

GreenNBrown.com currently is not shipping to the following destinations: AK, HI, and all off-shore U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico, U.S. military installations and P.O. Boxes.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by GreenNBrown.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus actual shipping/handling cost). Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Please note that

• The return shipping cost will be borne by us if the return is a result of our error.
• We cannot accept returns of grocery items purchased from GreenNBrown.com, including food, personal care items such as shampoo and skin care, and household items. If you aren't satisfied with the quality of the product you purchased, please contact us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
